Maintenance

As any business is aware, it is essential that repairs and maintenance are carried out to keep buildings and equipment in working order. MSM offer a range of solutions covering preventative, one-off scheduled repairs or emergency calls out.

When it comes to electrical and mechanical installations, knowledge, experience and a good understanding of health & safety are essential for successful implementations. Whether it is fault finding, installation of new circuits, site wide inspections or PAT testing our engineers are fully certified and equipped to handle even the most complex of projects.

Mechanical

Whether it's pump installations/repairs, valve replacements, pipe work, plumbing or welding our skilled engineers are adept at working with all types of materials and in all types of environments.

Project Management

Do you have a project but not the time to manage it? MSM are very experienced in the administration and control of sub-contractors and would be happy to be your single point of contact helping to manage the project through to succesful completion.

POTABLE WATER, SAFETY SHOWER FLUSHING/INSPECTIONS/MAINTENANCE

Potable water testing as per Acop L8 legislation. Safety showers, eye baths, eye wash stations all be maintained & regular scheduled inspections. Potable water flushing, potable water temperature checks, shower head cleaning, TMV maintenance, spray outlet legionella monitoring, sample from drinking water outlets, testing & reporting. Hot & cold water dispensers, cleaning & sanitisation. Hot water calorifier inspections & maintenance.

SECURITY SYSTEMS, ACCESS CONTROL INSPECTIONS/MAINTENANCE

Access control, card readers, intercom systems, turnstiles, barriers, lifts, installed, maintained & scheduled inspections. CCTV, cameras, maintained & regular scheduled inspections.

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT & PERMIT TO WORK CONTROL

Design & implement the facility maintenance program. Produce & deliver the planned maintenance program to the plant facilities, technical laboratory & office complex. Provide project planning & management for new works/projects. Provide, implement a permit to work system for employees/contractors working on site. Trained personnel to sign permits.

SITE SERVICES & GENERAL BUILDINGS

Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, painting & renovating. General building work. Maintaining interior & exterior site services providing both general maintenance & landscaping services: Facilities management, external site cleaning, hygiene services, tank bund, sump & interceptor cleaning, Drain/gully cleaning, de-sludging, bio-disc, interceptor, man hole, cable duct, inlet & outlet drains. Gardening, weed control, waste management & removal, water coolers, sanitisation & water supply, vending, scaffolding, lagging/insulation, window cleaning & supply of general labour.
