Who We Are

Maintenance and Service Matters Limited is managed by personnel with many year's experience in the petrochemical industry and provides an extensive range of services, operated by a skilled, well-trained workforce to a standard of which we are proud.

Our service is highly respected and continues to meet customer demands because of our knowledge of local labour resources and the good understanding of our client's needs. We offer a variety of services connected with maintaining sites and all are covered by our managed 24-hour facility. We constantly look for improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and service quality, an approach that has led to a successful and continued growth.

MSM are committed to both quality and safety of performance and will carry out their duties with these as paramount. MSM has been contracted in the south east, mainly at Coryton, Essex since the late 1980’s, when it was set up by personnel with many years’ experience in petrochemical operations and services.

With this background a significant role in Safety has been played in the achievement of 27 years without a lost time incident. Likewise, a commitment to quality was ingrained with the effort to help our clients obtain ISO 9000 & 14001 recognition. MSM also played an integral part in our clients aim for Continuous Improvement.

MSM has supported all clients’ safety programmes. The Company, with a similar interest in Health, Safety & the Environment, has a consultant in Health and Safety for additional support and advice on safety and environmental related matters.
